Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was just okay, could have offered more variety. Indoor pool was a nice plus. Limited parking space, especially on weekends.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is not very walkable, and parking is limited. Breakfast was decent, but get there early as it can get busy.

The staff was incredibly kind, making a tough visit easier. The cleanliness was impressive—no dust, just a well-maintained feel. the overpowering lemon scent triggered my migraine, and the dripping AC unit was a loud nuisance. Breakfast lacked variety over three days, and the foam utensils were flimsy. While the location is convenient, a car is necessary for everything. Price point felt steep for the room size—$232 a night doesn’t quite reflect the amenities. Despite the flaws, I might consider returning, but with reservations.

The Country Inn & Suites boasts a fantastic location near downtown and the Biltmore Estate. The front desk staff, especially Val, were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a nice variety.

Comfortable stay, comfortable breakfast with the best motel breakfast I've ever had and clean rooms that had everything I needed including a new box of tissues.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room featured two Queen beds, providing ample space for my grandson and me. Temperature control was efficient, ensuring a comfortable environment. We appreciated the cleanliness; the housekeeping staff was diligent after our first night. Despite the hotel being full of families, our room remained quiet. the size of the room felt cramped for the rate we paid. Noise from drilling was occasionally bothersome due to nearby renovations. the amenities were sufficient, though the breakfast area felt small for the number of guests. The location was convenient for exploring.

The staff is super friendly and genuinely helpful. The place is spotless, and the pool area is a nice place to relax after a day out.

The breakfast selection is pretty average and could use more healthy options.

The design is appealing, and cleanliness is commendable. The rooms smelled fresh and were nicely appointed. Staff members were accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub provided a pleasant experience, especially for my grandson, who enjoyed watching his mother from the window. Breakfast offered a solid variety, though there were inconsistencies; some items, like cereal, felt stale. Unfortunately, one room was doused in overpowering fragrance, which was problematic due to my allergies. Cooling could be better. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value is excellent, given the recent renovations. Worth considering for your next stay, with a few adjustments.

This place was super close to all the must-see spots in Asheville, making it easy for my family to stroll around and experience the beautiful sights like the Basilica of Saint Lawrence and the vibrant Downtown Art District, all within almost 3 km; plus, so many great restaurants are nearby like O'Charley's just a short 5-minute walk away and a mall less than 1 km away for convenient shopping. The hotel was clean, comfy, and had friendly staff who were always ready to help; it even offered breakfast daily and had decent family amenities like laundry facilities. the gym could use a little attention since the lights were kind of annoying while I worked out but overall, we had an awesome stay.

I had a rough time with my suite—not only was it tiny with a wall thrown in, but the couch was horribly uncomfortable. I paid a premium expecting more space, but it felt like just a standard room. Super disappointing!

The staff was friendly and really helpful. The breakfast had a lot of tasty options, perfect for all ages.

It wasn't cheap, but the comfort made it worthwhile.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the city's paranormal past on a haunted walking tour and laughing our heads off at a comedy show. The flat-screen TV in our room kept us entertained with our favorite shows!

It would've been awesome if the hotel had a cool rooftop bar or lounge for us to hang out and have a fun time after our adventures in Asheville.

Free shuttle, clean property, friendly staff, comfortable beds, well-maintained fitness center.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

I enjoyed a fantastic day of eating, drinking, and shopping in downtown Asheville. The impressive Biltmore Estate was just a short drive away. The hotel's charming environment made me feel right at home.

The room was comfortable and clean, surpassing its price point. The breakfast area was well-stocked and clean, providing a luxurious feel. The courteous staff made our romantic escape memorable. Conveniently located near Biltmore Estate and offering a quiet atmosphere.

Despite the comfortable room, the inability to lower the room temperature below 68 degrees was a downside for our sleep preferences. Additionally, the lackluster coffee and power outages were inconvenient and impacted our overall experience negatively.

We had a blast paddling down the French Broad River with a local guide from Asheville Adventure Co. It was a fantastic and unique family adventure, learning local history and enjoying the stunning scenery right from the water.

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

We were turned away due to their local policy. The breakfast options were lacking and repetitive.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was pleasant. The pool was enjoyable, and my grandson loved watching from the window. The location was convenient for exploring downtown and the nearby nature center.

The breakfast got repetitive after a few days. Some construction noise was disruptive.

The property itself was impressive with great amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area in the room. The presence of a flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock added to the convenience, and the carpeted floors gave a cozy touch to the space. the room was spacious and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided, which were a nice touch. The housekeeping service was efficient, ensuring our room was always tidy and clean. there were some downsides to our experience at Country. The lack of variety in the breakfast options was disappointing, with the food tasting stale and not up to par. the power outages we experienced during our stay were quite disruptive, causing inconvenience, especially during the mornings. It would have been helpful if the staff had been more proactive in addressing these issues. In terms of amenities, although there were shops and commercial services available on-site, we found the overall experience lacking in terms of breakfast quality and handling of unexpected situations like power outages.

the hotel was very clean and in a fantastic location - just five minutes from the mall and lots of stores and restaurants. the staff was polite and breakfast had a great variety - including waffles - omelets, and more.

Strongly recommend

the staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. the hotel is in a great location, less than 5 minutes away from Biltmore, and the front desk gave us easy directions to get there without hitting the major interstate. the rooms were updated and very clean, with a very comfortable bed. the breakfast was better than most "free breakfast" hotel fare. checking in and out was a breeze. the location was perfect for all the places downtown we planned on visiting. and the hot tub was a great way to wind down at night.

Everything was spot on! 😊

The Country Inn & Suites in Asheville was the perfect choice for my Labor Day weekend getaway. As a light sleeper, I was impressed by how quiet the hotel was, thanks to its location down a hill and away from the main road. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The hotel's proximity to restaurants, the Asheville Mall, and downtown Asheville made it a convenient choice for exploring the area.

The bathroom fan, which was a bit noisy.
